TeleFriend
Future Voice Technology's own custom developed voice processing engine is called TeleFriend. TeleFriend is the end product of over twenty years of voice processing experience and over fifteen years of software develpoment. The TeleFriend engine is a service process that runs on Windows 2000, Windows XP, or Windows Server 2003.
Architecture
TeleFriend processes calls using a scripting system. Scripts are built using functional building blocks providing high level voice processing functions. Building blocks include full SQL database functionality, time, date, and currency functions, file functions, and various logic and utility functions. Applications can be scripted in a modular fashion using script functions to call and return from other script files.
Telephone Interface
TeleFriend uses Dialogic hardware to interface with telephone lines. Using Dialogic T1 hardware, up to 96 simultaneus calls can be processing per server can be supported.
